Everything is new and it works very good...if you think you don't need lube, trust me it works better with it...I figured I stay pretty moist and wouldn't need it but tried it and I have seen how it works better with it...you kinda have to play with the programming to see what works for you...you can feel it lift and tighten then relax...I haven't been using it as consistent as I could but I have still seen amazing results...when I do use it I use it over and over again (like at least three to four times back to back) I had some incontinence but it has improved and at times it feels as if it has went away completely...have faith in this product and I think you will get amazing results...I am 34 with two kids and my pelvic floor got weaker after my kids...sex has always been wack mostly (due to awful partners) but now it's been 7+ years for me no sex and I want to make sure it's good and very tight and that I have control of my muscles so I can grip and squeeze like I want when I get married...I was told that if you don't use it, you lose it...I am so confident now...on a whole different level..

I bought this not knowing what to expect but certainly not the results I have been getting. I am SO thrilled. I have stress incontinence and increased urgency incontinence. They say to do kegels but I couldnt even do them much less hold them for 3 seconds. But after a day, I could already feel the increased tone. After a few days, I could actually do my kegels and hold it briefly. After a week, I can hold my kegels for 3s. I dont have to run to the bathroom either. I can stop midstream too which I couldnt do before. Highly recommend!
